Quick little update tonight. It's late and I'm tired.
Today's comic is based on my trip to the aquarium. Though I was never attacked by a freakish fish, I did have this inspiration for the comic. And finally, I made a new banner ad today, so if you use my old one on your site (for some reason), here's the new one. It can also be found in the links section where the banner ad and link button has always been. 
And tomorrow I'll be archiving the news like I always do.That's it. Dlitz out.
Here is the first comic for the week. I am going to do a comic for each day of the trip, based (however remotely) on something that happened during my trip. This one, for example, is based on when I said "As long as no terrorists incidents occour" while we were waiting in the terminal at the airport and my Dad nearly killed me. It was unpleasant.And remember, a new comic EVERY DAY this week, from Monday until Saturday. Yes, a Saturday comic too! Next week we resume the story (whatever that may be) and I get to rest from a long week of comic making. Isn't that special? Speaking of comic making, I did a guest strip for my friend CrankGod's comic, Ol' Uncle Bo's Gamblin' Shack. There's like three comics for today (another dude did a guest strip, plus mine.) Try and guess which one I did. And if you don't get the comic, read through his archives, you'll see why my parody was necessary, and hilarious... I think. Anyways, that's it. G'night.
Back! I have returned! For the first time ever, my family has returned and nothing has happened. I'm not dead, the cable is still there, and everything is good. I am planning on doing a comic for each day of the week just to chronicle my vacation. I got a comic idea for each one, I just gotta make them. I'm starved for a game right now, I'll put up the comic around midnight tonight or a little earlier. Out.

And Daryl just cause he makes the comic. :P I've noticed a lot of people are going on vacation lately. I am, appearantly, in part of the year when everyone goes on vacation. Well, if you're bored, go through the archives and read some linked comics. I know I would. And next week (Monday), there'll be a new comic. If there is not a comic, or I have not contacted anyone on IRC, it is because A) I lost my internet connection because the cable company hates me B) A thunder-storm occoured while I was away and sent electricity through the cable modem and fried the PC, C) I've had my hands removed or D) I'm dead. So, if there's no comic or update next Monday or sometime bewtween next Sunday and the following Friday, one of those reasons is why. I've been called a genius by two seperate people, and told by others that they laughed their ass off, for the comic I did on the 13th! How sweet is that?! I work SO hard on a comic, and it gets all the kudos I could possibly hope for! Except a plug on a major website... but still! Critical accaim is sweet too! My own personal problem with that one is I shuld've put it in 8 frames instead of just 6. It would've made the speech seem less jumbled together. I may fix that some time. As for todays... erm.... I didn't work on it very hard. I'm really really tired... and I wanted to put up something before the vacation.Speaking of the vacation, I found out I will be off the next week like I hoped I would! W00t! Which means I get away from work... and closer to my familiy... a give/take kind of thing. Hehehehe! Just kidding. Chicago is fun... I hope. Or at least interesting. My new level of intelligence I discovered the last year should be quenched by the 400 museums and things we're gonna see whiel we are there. A swanky motel... no work... seeing the sights of a big city... no work... away from the stress of online communities... no work... its awsome! The plan for the comic during that time is to just put up a filler strip around 9 or 9:30 pm CST on Sunday, a final rant, and then leave the comic as it is until I get back next Monday. Then I'll resume where I left off. And finally, my plugging of Jack has been sucessful. People have been reading it, the guys in #north on enterthegame have been pretty absorbed by it, talking about it a lot. Some of the people in #megatokyo have read it... thought it was good, but they don't talk about it as deeply as the guys in #north do. They're just more busy I suppose. Well, that's all for now. I found a comic when I was surfing Keenspace yesterday. I was simply clicking random comics that had been updated recently, and I found Jack. What is Jack? Well, its a comic done in American animal character-style, only in Mature subject matter. Its about Death and the people who he takes to the other side. It has put the fear of God in me for the past couple days. I definately recommend this for a thought-provoking read, but if you're faint of heart, don't read it. There's something just spooky about bunnies with their faces blown off.
What a BAD weekend. I am SOOO glad I'm home right now. I got home from work on friday at 12:30 in the morning, went streight to bed, and got up the next day, after only being able to sleep five hours, which is bad for me I can't function with little sleep very well. I went into work Saturday at 9 o'clock, and when I was done with that, I was officially finished with the worst 24 hours of my life, excluding relative deaths and massive public humiliation days. Today I got up at 6 in the morning (after sleeping like a rock Saturday), to work a 9 hour shift. I have had some time to rest though. I feel better than I did at 4, let me tell you. Anyways, enough complaining. I am a pansy I know. But I like to complain here. Anyhow, this is the rejected comic for Megatokyo's comic contest. You'd think I'd make a better one for it, wouldn't you? But I didn't! So, I'm using it for today's cause I'm too tired to make a real one. And one warning: after this week, I'm going out of town. So, there'll probably be no comics for next week. Sorry guys. I don't have a second in command to upload guest strips (if I had any) each day. So there'll just be a filler art. And finally, to everyone in #megatokyo, I can't get in aniverse for some DAMN reason. I've had mIRC going for hours now, trying to connect, and it just doesn't want to happen. So I'll try to get in tomorrow. I hope this doesn't last long... Well, all for now. G'night.
I spent 3 hours and 45 minutes making, editing, and making sure everything came out right with this comic. I had lots of fun with this one, and I sincerely hope its good. Its the most heavily worked on comic to occour since the first appearance of the kat way back when. Speaking of whom, I think I need to use him soon... and fix the characters page. Um... Go read NoRTH. Its a canadian comic with little purpose, but its goodly drawn, and I like it.And one FINAL thing... Tactical-Ops beta 2 has been released! The all powerful version of the mod that has been heavily anticipated since last October is here, finally. Its been SUCH a long wait, many people were getting ready to murder the TO team. But its here, and I am about to play it. Strider can plug Opera, and I will plug TO. And so ends my post for today. G'night.

Its from Sifl and Olly, the old MTV sock-puppet show with whores, rocking, and funnyness, that was canceled a few years ago. Its from their Lazer Eyes Sketch. If you wanna hear the real one, go to gnutella or something, and search for it. It's hilarious. Until Friday, POOF!
Next week is the Megatokyo guest comic contest! Look for MY comic, since they will be archiving the non-winners somewhere. I know I'm not gonna win. I'll use the comic the week after the contest, if I'm not on vacation. Don't worry, you'll see it. As for that art from last Friday, sorry about that, I was tired and wanted to try something new. I'm working on my drawing ability though, so don't hurt me please! Hehe. Dlitz out.
I was really tired tonight, and I didn't get around to making the comic, so I made this filler-art. I don't know how good it is, I know the top of the shoulders needs more detail and work, but its an experament mainly. I haven't tried drawing anime in a long time, so I used the style of some anime I got ahold of. I really liked the style of the example, so I used it as a template. Its no copy though, and no off-hand tracing either. Beleave it or not, it took me less time to make that than it would've been to make an actual comic. Well, as you can see by the time of the update, its late and I gotta get up early tomorrow, so g'night.
Happy Fourth of July to everyone in America! The celebration of the independance of my homeland shall not fall upon me, however, at least unless I act fast and go buy lots of fireworks. If there's any left. Stupid state banned all of the good ones except the cheap crappy ones. The only way I can get l33t explosives are if I crossed the state border (I live close, wouldn't be hard) and paid lots of money for them. It also happens I must work on this fine day... Can you beleve I switched a guy a day for it? I know I sure as hell can't. I'm so mad at myself for not looking at the calender lately... Ugh.I forgot to mention in the news post that Monday's comic had Strider_Hyruu (Hope I spelled his name right) from Chibiman!. He also showed me in his comic that same day! W00t! Ah the power of guest comic appearences. I submitted a comic for Megatokyo's comic contest! I think it's good... the plot got good comments from people in the chat room. I shall show the comic (with my real name blanked out before I show it) just in case I don't get anywhere with it, which is very likely. Piro said he gotten quite a few comics, and my dinky comic with its poor drawing probably won't even get in the bulk pile. But, it was fun showing Piro and Largo talking and getting mad. I'll show it after next week so you can see. And finally, I must warn I'm going on vacation about the 20th to the 27th... somewhere in there... I'm not sure of the date, but I'll say something before I do and leave a filler strip up until I get back. That's all for now. I must sleep. G'night.
A little late, but nothing lost. I've been really tired lately. I had about 4 hours of sleep last night and a 9 hour shift at work, and that nearly killed me, so I didn't get the comic done last night. Had to do it today. Nothing much to say now.
